Last updated: 29 June 2026. DreamScapes is a parent-led children's story app for creating personalised text and audio stories. This page brings our key terms, privacy information, subscription details, child safety notes, account deletion, and support contact into one clean place.

Using DreamScapes

• DreamScapes is designed for parents and carers to create stories for children. It is not intended for unsupervised child account use.
• You are responsible for the story ideas, child profile details, topics to avoid, and other information you choose to enter.
• Please only enter details that are useful for creating a story, and avoid private, sensitive, medical, financial, location, or unnecessary personal information.
• You must not use DreamScapes to create harmful, abusive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable content for children.

AI Stories and Audio

• DreamScapes uses AI to create personalised stories and, where available, audio narration.
• AI output can vary. Story length, tone, wording, and audio timing may not always exactly match the selected settings, but DreamScapes aims to stay as close as possible.
• Parents and carers should review every story before sharing it with a child, especially when using child profile details or custom story ideas.
• Audio narration may occasionally fail, sound uneven, use the wrong pacing, or generate shorter than expected. If this happens, try again or contact support so we can review credit help where appropriate.
• DreamScapes may refuse, shorten, or adjust requests that appear unsafe, unsuitable for children, or outside the app's intended use.

Privacy

• DreamScapes collects and uses information needed to run the app, such as your account email, saved stories, child profiles you create, plan status, usage limits, redeem codes, feedback, and audio issue reports.
• Story prompts, generated stories, saved stories, profile details, and audio may be processed by trusted services used to provide the app, including account, cloud storage, AI generation, subscription, and app store services.
• Payments and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, with subscription status managed through RevenueCat. DreamScapes does not receive your full card details from the app stores.
• We aim to collect only what is needed to provide DreamScapes, improve reliability, keep accounts secure, and support parents who contact us.
• We do not design DreamScapes to sell children's personal information or to show behavioural advertising to children.

Subscriptions

• Free, Premier, and DreamScapes Plus may include different story creation, saved story, duration, profile, and audio limits.
• Subscription pricing and included features should be shown clearly before purchase. If a store checkout price differs from app copy, the app store checkout price is the price that applies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the app store account used to purchase them.
• For Android purchases, manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. For iOS purchases, manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by the app store used for purchase, unless DreamScapes separately chooses to provide account credits or support help.
• Plan features may depend on your account being signed in, app store purchase confirmation, RevenueCat subscription status, usage limits, service availability, and fair use.

Child Safety

• DreamScapes aims to create warm, imaginative, child-friendly stories with positive endings.
• Parents can use child profiles, topics to avoid, bedtime calm mode, and story settings to guide the story.
• Safety controls help guide the AI, but they are not a replacement for parent or carer judgement.
• DreamScapes is not medical, therapeutic, educational, legal, or parenting advice.

Account and Data Deletion

• You can delete saved stories from your library where deletion is available in the app.
• To request full account deletion, email support from the email address linked to your DreamScapes account.
• Account deletion may remove saved stories, child profiles, generated audio, usage records, and other account data where we are able to delete it.
• We may need to retain limited records where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or app store records.

Changes and Availability

• DreamScapes features, prices, plan limits, voices, AI models, and availability may change as the app improves.
• We may update this page when the app, subscriptions, laws, store requirements, or support processes change.
• We may suspend or limit access if an account is misused, creates unsafe content, attempts to bypass limits, or risks harm to the service or other users.
