How To Get Help

Email support@dreamscapes.cloud.
Include the email address used for your DreamScapes account.
Tell us what happened, which device you used, and whether the issue involved text stories, audio, subscriptions, or account access.

DreamScapes Premier: £4.99/month, auto-renewing monthly subscription, 15 stories per month, saved stories, child profiles, and stories up to 20 minutes.
DreamScapes Plus: £9.99/month, auto-renewing monthly subscription, 30 stories per month, saved stories, child profiles, stories up to 30 minutes, and audio narration with 150 audio minutes per month.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
Store checkout pricing is the final price if it differs from wording shown elsewhere.

DreamScapes collects account email, saved stories, child profiles you create, story settings, generated story content, audio data, plan status, usage limits, feedback, and audio issue reports where needed to run the app.
Story prompts, generated stories, saved stories, profile details, and audio may be processed by trusted services used for account login, cloud storage, AI generation, subscriptions, and app store purchase confirmation.
Payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. DreamScapes does not receive your full payment card details.
DreamScapes is designed for parents and carers. It is not intended for unsupervised child account use.
We do not design DreamScapes to sell children's personal information or show behavioural advertising to children.

DreamScapes uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for iOS app use.

Open DreamScapes and sign in.
Go to the Account screen.
Choose Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm.
This deletes your DreamScapes account, saved stories, child profiles, generated audio, and account data where we are able to delete it.
We may retain limited records where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or app store records.
